History

IBASE Technology was set up by a group of experienced engineers who revolve around the IPC arena and talented marketing and management staff sharing the same ideas and goals. As a team, it has gained the respect and support from reputable and established companies who eventually forged strategic partnerships with IBASE.

Research and Development

Our research and development department is composed hardware and software engineers, 20% with over 16 years and 80% with over 11 years experience in their respective fields. Because of the expertise accumulated through the years, our R&D team is able to design and create new products that meet the latest demands in new products in the market. Some of the products developed and designed by our engineers include ETX modules, Mini-ITX motherboards, ATX industrial motherboard, CompactPCI processor boards, CPU cards and embedded boards based on the latest processors and chipsets from Intel®, VIA, Transmeta, ATI and NS. Furthermore, they have worked with ODM/OEM companies to design and manufacture IPC products, faithfully delivering according to customer's specific requirements within a short period.

Sales and Technical Support

IBASE's sales and technical support staff have undergone intensive training to enable them to understand customer needs and provide efficient and on-time service and technical support. Customers can conveniently access our 24-hour web site to acquire the latest product information, user's manuals and download BIOS or even send messages to our email system to prompt responses.

Manufacturing

Manufacturing and quality control of iBASE products are carried out in the CEM production facilities of our strategic partners that are certified by both ISO-9001 quality management systems and ISO-14000 environmental management systems. Equipped with the most advanced production and quality testing equipment in a static-free environment, the facilities have been qualified by world-class IT companies such as IBM, DELL, Toshiba and Canon. After all components are assembled, products pass through 100% dynamic functional tests and dynamic burn-in tests to achieve maximum reliability and minimum DOA (Dead on Arrival) .
